Holmbury Female Flat Face Quick Release Couplings from Hydraulic Megastore
Our range of flat face quick release couplings are Holmbury’s flagship product, known globally for their leak free performance in high pressure pulse, hammer circuits and many other applications.
They’re the preferred choice for many original equipment manufacturers due to their superior build quality and aesthetic design.
The standard range of quick connect couplings are BSP threaded, starting from 1/4″ BSP right up to 2″ BSP, however other thread types are available to order including NPT, SAE, BSPT, ORFS, JIC and Metric. If you’re interested in these couplings with any of these thread types, please get in touch with our sales team to be quoted.
The couplings are made to ISO 16028 standard and are fully interchangeable with other manufacturers couplings of the same size.

Construction
The HQ series couplings (sizes 06 to 25) are made of carbon steel with a zinc nickel plating, the seals are made of nitrile and are capable of working between -40°C to 106°C.
The H series couplings (sizes 32 to 40) are made of carbon steel with a trivalent plating and are fitted with nitrile seals capable of working between -40°C to 106°C.
These couplings are also available in AISI 316 stainless steel and viton seals, please see our HSS series couplings.

Protective rubber dust caps and plugs are available for the HQ series couplings, ideal for keeping your fittings clean when not in use and protecting them from damage and minimising the ingress of contaminants
