Delivery Info

We’ve teamed up with three of the worlds leading logistics experts DHL, Royal Mail and Parcel Force to make sure that your order arrives with you safely and on time. Our partnership allows us to ship parcels from our head office in Grimsby – England, to customers worldwide.

We’ve tried to simplify our shipping terms as much as possible but should you have any questions, please contact us and we will advise you the most efficient and cost effective shipping options available.


VERY IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING NEXT DAY AND TIMED DELIVERIES

If your order is urgent and you need delivery to be guaranteed for a certain day or time then please contact us as soon as possible.
We don’t currently hold stock of every item shown on our website, you should always contact us first to check the stock levels of the items you’re looking, this is to order to ensure that it is possible to deliver within your desired time-frame.

If there are any items on your order that are currently out of stock with a long lead time, a member of our sales team will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date.

Urgently need your order? Always check with our sales team before placing your order to make sure we’re able to meet your requirements.


UK DELIVERY

There are a range of delivery services available to customers in the UK.
Not all delivery services shown are available for the whole of the UK, if you require a specific delivery service, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Certain postcodes in the UK are not eligible for next day delivery, please see the Parcel Force extended delivery times for UK zones information on the Parcel Force website.
All packages shipped with Parcel Force must weigh less than 30 kg, if you have any single item weighing more than 30 kg then we will have to use another service.

Economy (Typically 2-3 working days from order)
Express 24* (Delivered by close of business next working day)
Express AM* (Delivered by 12 noon next working day)
Express 10* (Delivered by 10 am next working day
Express 9* (Delivered by 9 am next working day)
Saturday Delivery* (Express services are also available for delivery on a Saturday at an extra cost)
Free Delivery (Free UK mainland delivery is available for orders over £250+VAT however some product ranges are excluded. Free delivery is made using an economy service only, for any timed deliveries there will be an associated cost).

Collection – All customers are welcome to have their order collected by another courier of their choosing, or come to our depot in Grimsby to collect their order in person. We ask that customers advise us in advance that they’re planning to collect their order so that we can make sure the order is complete before being collected.


EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

European deliveries will be made by either Parcel Force or DHL, the appropriate courier will be selected depending on the size and weight of the order while also taking into account the required delivery speed.

European orders typically take 2 to 3 working days for delivery to be made from date of dispatch.

International orders are made via DHL only and all orders must adhere to DHL’s size and weight restrictions in order to be shipped.
International delivery speed can vary depending on the delivery address, to find out exactly how long an international delivery would take to your location, please contact us.

All European and International carriage prices shown online are automatically calculated using DHL’s shipping rate API.
If you think DHL may have calculated the delivery cost of your order wrong then please contact our sales team so we can investigate and find a more cost effective shipping solution.
If you wish to change the service from DHL Express to anything else then please contact us.

Collection – All customers are welcome to have their order collected by another courier of their choosing. We ask that customers advise us in advance that they’re planning to collect their order so that we can make sure the order is complete before being collected.


GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders will be processed and shipped during standard working hours (08:30 – 17:00) Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Orders may be processed on Saturday’s however cannot ship until the following working day.

The cut-off point for orders to be shipped the same day is 14:00 (Please contact us to confirm stock levels before placing your order)
Any orders placed after 14:00 will ship the next working day assuming all parts are in stock.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods are dispatched.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure your order makes it safely through the delivery network.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure delivery can be made to an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.


ORDER TRACKING

If your order is dispatched from our depot in Grimsby you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Occasionally we may ship directly from the product manufacturer if we don’t have stock available at our depot, when this happens it isn’t always possible to provide tracking details through our automated system.

If you can’t find the tracking information for your order, please contact our sales team and they will be happy to give you an update on your order.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted for most items sold on our website, however there are certain product lines which cannot be returned, for example custom made hose assemblies.

If you’ve ordered something in error and would like to return it there will be a handling charge and delivery costs will not be refunded.

If we’ve had to order in an item specifically for your order that we do not stock, the return of that item is subject to our supplier taking the item back from us and will also be subject to a handling charge.
