We’ve teamed up with the worlds leading logistics experts United Parcel Service (UPS) to make sure that your order arrives with you safely and on time. Our partnership with UPS allows us to ship parcels from our head office in Grimsby – England, to customers throughout the world.
All carriage prices shown on our website are calculated automatically by UPS.
Not all delivery services are available on our website for technical reasons, to arrange a faster delivery service for your order, please contact a member of our sales team before you place your order.
We offer three different levels of service for deliveries within the UK, they are:
UPS Standard (Next day – between 9:00 to 19:00)
UPS Express Saver (Next day – before 12:00 noon)
UPS Express (Next day – before 10:30)
UPS Economy (approximately 2-3 working days) *some postcodes are excluded. Only available for orders under 25kg.
Next day delivery is only possible when orders have been placed before 14:00 and all the items that have been ordered are in stock. To find out if your items are in stock please call us on +44 (0) 1472 255928 or use LiveChat and we will let you know if we can dispatch your order in time for next day delivery.
Free collection from depot is also available (please speak to a member of our team)

UPS Standard (1 to 3 business days – Europe only)
UPS Express Saver (1 to 5 business days)
UPS Express (1 to 3 business days)
Delivery times are only an estimate, if a customer’s order contains items which are not in stock at the time there will be a delay with dispatch. Depending on which items have been ordered, delivery could be delayed from 1 day to up to 12 weeks. To avoid this happening, please contact us before placing any large or bulk quantity orders.
Out of stock items
Before you place an order with us, get in touch to find out if all the items from your order are in stock. While we try to keep every item in stock for your convenience, there can be times when a product is out of stock and has been ordered but haven’t arrived yet.
If some of the items that you have ordered are currently out of stock, but will be arriving with us in 1 to 2 working days, we won’t get in touch with you to let you know of this delay. However if your order is going to be delay for 3 or more days, a member of our sales team will get in touch with you and let you know.
If an out of stock item is ordered we can occasionally still have it with you by the next day providing the manufacturers have the part in stock. To find out if this is possible for your order, please get in touch with a member of our sales team.
Standard Monday to Friday working days, orders will not be processed, shipped or received on Saturdays or Sundays.
The cut-off point for all orders to be shipped the same day is 14:00, any orders made after 14:00 will be shipped the following working day if all parts are in stock.
All orders must be paid in full before any goods are dispatched.
