Product Description

Bondloc B567 is a white, medium strength anaerobic sealant designed to be slow curing for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces.

Developed for use with inert materials such as Stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized fittings. Suitable for threads up to M80. B567 can be used with various liquids and gases and provides an instant low pressure seal.

• Viscosity: 280,000 – 800,000cps
• Gap Fill: 0.05mm – 0.25mm
• Breakaway Strength on Steel: ≥15Nm (ISO 10964)
• Prevail Torque: ≥9Nm
• Fixture Time: 15 – 20 mins
• Full Cure Time: 24 hours @ 20°C
• Min / Max Temp: -50°C – +204°C

Quick tips

• Cures with the absence of air and contact with metal or copper ions
• Excess deposits will not cure and can be easily wiped away
• Clean surfaces prior to use with B7063 Cleaner for improved performance
• Not suitable for use on Plastics or Oxygen rich systems
• The bottle is only half full, as air space maintains product stability
• Apply localised heat to remove high strength grades
• Colour of the product helps denote the product strength – Red and Green are high strength
• To increase cure speed on passive and inert materials use B7649 Activator
