YB-P18HP

The YB-P18HP is our most robust hand pump swaging machine in the GLOBAL FLEX range. Capable of crimping from 1/4″ to 1″ 4 wire hose its wide range is able to cover most tasks with ease.

The YB-P18HP is one of our most cost effective machines, great for people looking to make their own hose repairs to save money, rather than going to their local trade counter for replacement hoses.

This machine comes with 14mm to 41mm dies as standard, allowing crimping of 1/4″ to 1″ 4SP hoses. Smaller die sets are available to allow for crimping of different sized hoses too.

The dies included with this machine are: 14, 16, 19, 23, 27, 31, 36 and 41.

The manually adjusted micrometre makes it easy to quickly set your machine to the relevant setting depending on the type of hose you’re making.

Once you reach the final crimp size the machine an LED will illuminate to indicate the finished crimp.

The LED can also be tested at any point with a simple push button to ensure everything is functioning correctly pre-use.
